Mt. Elbert 14,433' Colorado's Highest Peak
My Nephew's (Ryan & Travis) and Niece (Caitlin) were visiting from Florida so I took them along as I hiked Elbert.
This was also the weekend of the Hayman Fire.

Heading back home from Buena Vista we noticed a huge smoke plume.
The Hayman fire filled the sky as we drove closer.
