Ubrieux

A nice road side area with some very good gray rock. Vertical to slabby routes are found here.

Rock Climbing at Ubrieux

This was the first area we climbed at in Southern France. Road side access doesn't get much easier than this.

A sunny venue with mostly moderate climbing. One cool thing is the writing of the names of the routes at the base of the walls. This is a popular area.

When we first arrived there were two climbers from guidedesbaronnies cleaning the route La Casse Dalle at the Roche de Tchernobly wall. We were asked not to climb in this area which we did not.
