He was meeting very famous entertainer's way back in the 60's. I had a great time talking to him at length about his many meeting's with The Beatles (during the height of Beatlemania no less), Elvis in Vegas, Frank Sinatra in Vegas, loaning his car to Willie Nelson and his way to many stories to list here. He gave me great insight on how he planned, managed and executed his plan to meet some very famous entertainers. I am envious to say the least. You can visit his photo gallery at his store Dome Plus, in The Original Baseball Hall of Fame Museum of Minnesota (The all-free Baseball Museum was founded in 1986 by Ray Crump. Ray was originally a batboy for the Washington Senators. When the Senators moved to Minnesota in 1961, he came North with them to become the Twins first equipment manager. After retiring from the organization in 1984, Ray wanted to share some of the artifacts he collected throughout the years. The museum focuses on these items. There are World Series bats, jerseys, autographed baseballs and photos, clubhouse books, displays on how to make baseball bats and gloves, and many other items. There are also collectibles from Elvis Presley and Memorabilia from the Beatles trip to Minnesota in 1965.) area on the right as you enter his store from the main entrance in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota across the street from the H.H.H. Metrodome.

You will see him with some of my personal favorites such as: Paul McCartney, John Lennon, Barry Gibb, Hank Williams Jr., Jerry Lewis, Willie Nelson, and many, many, many others. His stories are very inspiring to me and it let me know that if you are up to the challenge you can meet your musical heroes. Mr. Crump is still active...You Go  RAY!!
